Trouble installing - encountered an error

I’ve put all the Matomo files on my server, in an analytics folder. I get the following message when I go to that url:

Matomo encountered an error: Interface ‘Piwik\Cache\Cache’ not found (which lead to: Circular dependency detected while trying to resolve entry ‘Piwik\Translation\Translator’)

I already changed the permission, but didn’t help.
How to solve this?

Just to double-check: You did download (and upload to your server) the zip from https://builds.matomo.org/ or did you install it from git with composer?

Hi,

In that case I can’t think of another solution than double-checking if all files have been uploaded correctly.
