Hello everyone.
I’m new to Matomo and it is my first time posting here, i just joined a company that uses Matomo, i’ve always used GA so it took me some time to get used to the tool, and i found two main things that are troubling me.
The team didnt report any problem before so i’m finding this weird, the contact form submissions that i find on wordpress are different from the ones i find on Matomo, way too different, and i have multiple subdomains, i compared all of their results with the number of contact form submissions in wordpress and they are all wrong.
My second worry is that in Matomo the traffic is getting lower & lower, and i don’t know how i can diagnose this and fix it, any idea how you would process this ?
