I recently used Matomo on premise on my website to track the number of people who placed orders (reaching the thank you page) but I have encoutered these two errors.

Goals made for tracking of visitors who visit Summary page and Thank you page. (Summary page comes before Thank you page) Summary page usually will have more visit than Thank you page but in Matomo Thank you page had more visitors than summary page.

Tracking code error where by I could only track my page after I refreshed the page once without refreshing nothing will be tracked.
Would like to check if anyone have encountered this before? If yes, how did you resolve the issue. Mine have so far been tracking inconsistently.
