In our shop, we play out individual recommendations to customers based on their purchasing behavior. In order to compare these with the purchases made and thus assess the quality of the suggestions, I would like to track which recommendations were actually played to the customer before a purchase.
Is it possible to track recommended products for decided customers during a session with Matomo?
