Tracking-ID in HTML-Newsletter | Possible?

Hi,

we use the CRM “Vtiger”. After calling the customers we send regularly HTML-mails from the system.

Would it be technically possible to build the Tracking-ID of a Piwik-Campage in the HTML-mail and track which URL was clicked.

It would be of course necessary that each person that reads the mail would be registered uniqly.

IIt would also necessary to be able to create a new goal for this mail campagne… Could you tell me how is it possible.
