Tracking-code , an R-Shiny website - not getting information from the search-field

Hello,

I am tracking this site of ours:
https://birdrecoveries.nrm.se/

The trackingcode snippet is on row 79-91.
I am not getting information about which birds the user in the field ‘species-selected’ - which I am interested in - nor the other fields.
Am I putting the trackingcode-snippet in the wrong place here ?
