trackGoal on Dynamics form

Hello,

I want to make goals on forms that are injected by Dynamics. So I created a trackGoal in JS (with addEventListener change and click) with an ID from 1 to 4 for each corresponding form.
How do I get the goals to show up correctly in Matomo with a name associated with each one?

Can you please help me?

You have to declare the goals first in the Matomo UI.
