Our partners provide links to our files as part of their service - how do I track those downloads?
The files are hosted on our site with our URL, but the link is clicked on an external website.
How do I measure those downloads?
you will need to import your server log files containing the files downloads, into Piwik. Find more info here: Log Analytics - Analytics Platform - Matomo
