Track AdWords and user signup, both related

Hello.

I’ve looked for this, but haven’t found any thread about this.

I want to buy a Google AdWords campaign, so I have created a URL to track that campaign.

Also, I want to track how many people signs up into my website, so I have created a goal for that.

But now I want to join both data, I want to know how many of the people who come from Google results finally signs up into my website.

How can I do that?

But how can I do this on Piwik?

Go to Goals > Signup Goal > View Goals by Campaign

There you will see the conversion rate for this goal by campaign. Then you can click on a campaign name and it wlil open campaign keyword visits and conversion rates.
