Hi I saw this bug report and when I tried to login got the following.

Trac detected an internal error:
AttributeError: ‘MessageWrapper’ object has no attribute 'replace’
There was an internal error in Trac. It is recommended that you notify your local Trac administrator with the information needed to reproduce the issue.

To that end, you could a ticket.

The action that triggered the error was:

GET: /prefs/account
TracGuide — The Trac User and Administration Guide

Further to that particular bug. I have 1.9.1 installed and it works fine. I think we need more info on the type of install that this error is occurring on.

if you try to login again, do you have the same error on trac?

can you try change password or send email verification or create a new account? thx

I am getting the same error.

Please let me know, if I can help with debugging this.

Thanks blue i had this a year ago as well with the older site, I am not a great programmer so in worst case I just post my info tips in here on the forum. I guess once enough people encounter this it will get fixed. not a biggie for me.
