Time spent by user on page not alway correct

Matomo does not always report the correct time spent by our users on certain pages
Sometimes the time spent by the user on certain reports seems to be correct, while most of the time Matomo records only extremely short durations (0-1s) which are wrong

There are no errors in the Matomo logs or in the Nginx logs

Environment description:
Matomo version: 3.13.1
QueuedTracking plugin version: 3.3.2

Any help would be apreciated
