Time is one hour behind

All my websites are showing data one hour behind. If someone clicked a link at 1300, PIWIK reports it was 1200. My timezone is right as far as all the websites and on my server (not sure if there is a php setting for this), and my current computer.

Anyone know what the cause could be?

The timezone set in Piwik > Settings > websites is important

Yes, like i say the timezones are all correct. The server timezone is set to UTC-6 and so is all PIWIK websites.Could DST have something to do with this?

Possibly there is a bug with DST?
