I had a visitor from China Current Local Time in Wuhu, Anhui, China which is reported by the API with a time like follow : visitLocalTime "05:25:10"
The related timestamp in the web server log is [12/Nov/2018:06:25:10 +0100] , server which is in UTC+1 timezone (France).
Isn’t the visitLocalTime should reflect the time from the visitor’s local time (ie, 13:25:10 being UTC+8), rather than a timestamp that looks like straight UTC+0 ?
