My “Visits over Time” graph on my dashboard shows 10% fewer uniques than the stat for unique visitors that shows on the mouseover over the “Overview” box on the dashboard. Is this normal?

Visits by time, shows unique visitors PER HOUR. Whereas Overview will show the unique visitors for this day. So, it will be less than the sum of hourly unique visitors.
