Statistics Not Showing

I performed a clean install of the new Piwik version today. I deleted everything and started with refresh databases. The installation showed 100% checkmarks with no issues with the file system and otherwise. For a couple of months now, I have had no luck showing any data for visits to my web site. Whether I go to the Visitor tab or to the calendar, nothing shows up. Any pointers on this? I host with Hostgator if that makes any difference?

open a ticket with hostgator support and request that your domains be whitelisted from the mod_security rules that took effect July 1st.

Thank you for the response. I contacted Hostgator support and they said that it does not appear to be a mod_security whitelist issue. They said that if it was, I’d be getting a 403 page error???
