I downloaded piwik, but I dont know how to start use it…I have to upload it on a host?

Piwik needs to be installed on a host that supports PHP and MySQL. Installation is quite easy if you’ve ever installed any software on a web host before (similar to installing Wordpress or Joomla or something, just requires FTP’ing the code and going through online install/configuration). Instructions here: http://piwik.org/docs/installation/
If you’re not comfortable with that, you could try a web host that comes with preloaded and ready to install version of Piwik.
