Some reports aren't sent after server migration

Hi.

We upgraded from RHEL7 to RHEL9 a couple months back. Just a standard migration. Everything is set up as it was on the old server.

We’ve now discovered that some users do not receive scheduled reports.

I created a test report to my email, and that seems to work. The user I’ve been in contact with says that they themselves do not receive reports, but a colleague does.

It seems that those who created their scheduled reports on the old server does not receive report emails now, while those who created scheduled reports while on the new server does.

Any way to resolve this?

EDIT: Forgot to add. If I trigger a manual execution of scheduled tasks via console, all users receive their reports at that point.
