Slow client support


I’m trying to sign up for Matomo Cloud and send a question to the support, but after 48hs I still didn’t get any response. Definitely not a good first impression.

Glad to see we connected now.

In general, we answer emails and chatbot messages five days a week during business hours in our New Zealand time zone. We are able to answer +50 percent of those messages in 24 hours or less. Weekends will be slower than weekdays. Thanks for your patience, all.
