Simple Users can't change own email

I have a simple user account on a friend installation of Piwik.

If i go to the setting, Piwik show the User settings page.

I can change on wich page Piwik start for me.

But i can’t change my email.

A red error message appear at the bottom : “You can’t access this resource as it requires an admin access for at least one website.”

If it’s normal that Piwik behave like this, the text area where the email is shown shouldn’t be editable.

I just want to confirm that this problem still exists in Piwik 1.6
Users with only View access are not able to change their email address.
