Segmented data contains exclusions

Hello,

I am trying to filter through my visitors with segmentation but I have the problem that although I exclude certain things they nevertheless show up in the segmented data.

For example my segmentation is set up like this:

Referrer URL contains facebook AND Entry Page URL is https://mywebsite.com/landing_page/ AND Download URL is not https://mywebsite.com/document-for-download.pdf

But when I then look at the segmented visitor log I still see visits on which https://mywebsite.com/document-for-download.pdf was downloaded.

Am I doing something wrong here? FYI in my setup I have more than one AND Download URL is not-condition, there are up to 16 conditions like that but they are all connected with AND operators so this shouldn’t be the reason for why those visits still show up in the segmented data.

I’m on Piwik 3.0.4.
