Seeing the internet provider

Hey there, I wonder if there is a function to see which internet provider the users on my website have.
Google Maps showed me “vodafone”, “telekom”, but also clients like “bmw production plant” which was quite helpful.

Is there any option like this available?

Hi,

There is the Matomo Provider plugin which is disabled by default, but I am not sure if it is included in Wordpress Matomo.

Hey there, the provider plugin is included but there is no way to activate it currently. We’ll be moving the Provider plugin to the Marketplace as part of Matomo 4 and then it will be possible to activate it, see Move Provider plugin to the Marketplace · Issue #5341 · matomo-org/matomo · GitHub
