:S Probleme mit Piwik bei Strato

So, ich habe hier nach einem ähnlichen Problem (wie empfohlen) gesucht, und nicht nur hier; aber nichts gefunden. Strato Hilfe hat gesagt, es sei nicht ihr eigenes Zeug, ich soll mir hier wenden.

Ich habe mal selber versucht Piwik zu installieren, ich denke es war die Version 1.7; ohne Erfolg. Das Problem war angeblich mit der Rechte in tmp Verzeichnis. Ich habe nichts herausgefunden und aufgegeben.

Eine Woche später habe ich gelesen, dass Strato Piwik Installation mit dem sogenannten AppWizard anbietet. Ich denke, es handelt sich dabei um Version 1.5. Toll, so soll es gehen, ich habe da geklickt (1-Klick). Das erste Mal gab’s ein kleines Fehlerchen zwar, was mir die Hauptseite umgeleitet hat, beim zweiten Mal habe ich begriffen, dass die Piwik Installation ein Subdomain erfordert, warum auch immer. Aber das endete auch nicht besonders glücklich, nämlich mit der Fehlermeldung:

das Problem scheint wieder bei /tmp/templates_c zu sein. Warnung zwar, aber mit fatalen Folgen.

Meine Frage ist: kennt das Problem noch jemand oder es ist nur bei mir; bzw. was für eine Lösung kann ich testen?

Ich habe dem Strato gesagt: entweder haben sie grundsätzlich Problem mit Piwik (wegen Sicherheit bedenken) und sollen nicht es als Feature hochpreisen; oder sie müssen das Problem lösen.

P.S. Und warum sollen eigentlich irgendwelche Templates in einem tmp Verzeichnis sein? :S

Offensichtlich entweder wusste niemand, was zu tun ist; oder keiner interessiert es.

Ich habe die Ursache gefunden, dank dem Strato Kundendienst. Seit gewisse Zeit, bin mir sicher, früher gab es nicht, gibt’s bei Strato die “Sicherheit” Bereich, wo wiederum einen Unterbereich SiteGuard sich befindet. Dort muss man die entsprechende Verzeichnisse freigeben, nämlich tmp, oder auch anderen, falls nötig. Über FTP chmod 777 anzugeben reicht es nicht.

Hoffentlich wird es einem anderen Piwik Fan bei Strato weiterhelfen.
