Please let us know what are the comprehensive list of graphical representation (viz bar diagram,flow diagram,charts) that piwik and its extension can support

Sparklines, tag clouds, evolution (line), vertical bar, and pie charts. Open Flash Charts2 supports other chart types but Piwik doesn’t use them (eg area, candle, scatter, radar, stacked bar).
