I am using Piwik 1.12 and I just set it up…I am tracking a website, the data seems to be there, but after setting up a visitor report for the site, I try to download the report (pdf or html) and get a blank screen. All I am choosing as options for now is visits summary…I created a second report and just chose all websites dashboard as an option with no luck for either. Just a blank screen. Please help…any info anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated.
when you get a blank screen can you check in your server error logs if there is an error?
