I am looking to get a report for the link people select but in different stages, so for example the after “home” the top 20 link selected, does anyone know if there is a ways of doing this? hope you understand what I am trying to get!

Do you want a list of sites users visit after a specific site? Then you can use the Transitions feature by clicking on the 
icon in the site list.
For more detailed Graphs you can use the UsersFlow Premium plugin.
