Hi,
I have a massive reporting delay in my Piwik installation. Only the „Visitors in Real-Time“ are updated within some seconds. All other reportings take up to 5 hours to be updated.
Also „Custom Dimensions“ take so long. I did a "System check“ and everything is ok, at least Piwik says that.
Is that normal, or is there a way to increase the rerporting delay here?
