Hello, we are tracking logged-in users with a custom dimension. Is there a way in Matomo to create reports of lapsed users, like showing a list of users which did NOT login for the last 30 days?
I saw there is a KPI “Visits by Days Since Last Visit”, but in my understandig this requires a current user login to calculate the time spam between the current login and his last login, right?
