Report of goals completed by pk_source

Hi,

We have two sources that our marketing campaign will come from:

email
social

And two CTA links leading to external websites that are being tracked as goals.

We would like to see a report on the number of goals completed by each source, for example:

email

Goal 1 - 500
Goal 2 - 1000

social

Goal 1 - 275
Goal 2 - 900

Can anyone tell us how we set up a report like this? Do we need a plugin?
