Refer_website https://www.google.com/ is classified as website and not search engin

hello,

sens we upgrade from 2.16 to 2.17
google.{} is always classified as website (type 3)and not search engine (type 2)
any one knows why?
examples:

https://www.google.com/
https://www.google.es/
https://www.google.ru/
https://www.google.co.jp/
