Hello, we are using Matomo 4.6.2.
We started using heatmaps and recordings, but heatmaps only show data on the scroll tab.
Click and Move tabs show screenshots of the page with no data even though we have enough visits and data should be visible there.
Similarly, recordings don’t play at all. We see a full list of recorded sessions, but when I click on one, the recording is stuck on loading and won’t play. Other matomo features work properly.
