Real-time statistics ok, but no other active reports

Hi all,

Wordpress plugin was installed 3 days ago.
We have the real time stats, but the other reports record 0 stats
How to correct this?

Update:

Hi, it’s working now with the 0.11 version
With the 0.12, no new stats on the other reports (since plugin update).

Plugin OFF now. Matomo plugin make 500 errors on our website. With all versions (0.10 to 0.12).

Can you please report the errors that are created by the plugins (from the error log)?
Otherwise they can’t be fixed.
