Problems with documentation

There is an PHP error on the documentation page.

Hi,

While the 2.x docs are outdated, unsupported and should not be used by anyone anymore, this was an easy fix, so I made a pull request:

remove broken 2.x docs

This removes the ugly Warning: file_get_contents(https://raw.github.com/mat…omo-org/matomo/master/misc/others/api_internal_call.php): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in /home/piwik-developer/developer-documentation/app/helpers/Markdown/IncludeFilePostprocessor.php on line 71 warnings on https://developer.matomo.org/2.x/guides/tagmanager/introduction. While the documentation is outdated anyway, this is an easy fix.

Ok. Thank you. Maybe a hint for the outdated version whould be nice, a version hint and a noindex tag.

Now that Matomo 4.x is in the works, I think we can finally make the 2.x docs mo…re obviously deprecated. - Added a more obvious link to the latest version ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/6266037/81281887-bcf74700-905a-11ea-9bec-51a4cd8c2a20.png) - Add a noindex to all 2.x docs. This was already discussed in #139, but I think now they really only add more confusion. - simplified URL in the tracking code. Unrelated, but I saw the old tracking code.
