Hi,
I want to create a segment for visitors who spend more than 1 second on my website. This is to exclude non-human activity from my reports. Also, my website is only 1 page (a landing page) so I do not want visitors who have seen the webpage but have not clicked on anything to be recorded as bounces.
I can create the following segment Visit duration (in seconds) EQUALS 1.
However, all of the other relational operators fail to produce results … either the segment endlessly loads or I get a red banner saying there was a problem.
This is NOT a high traffic website (just 10s per month or 100s per year) and we have only been collecting data for less than 12 months.
Even if the selected range is very small, the segment fails to be created e.g. Visit duration (in seconds) GREATER THAN 1 AND LESS THAN 2.
Any ideas why I cannot create a segment using the Visit duration property and relational operators other than EQUAL? In other words, I want to use AT MOST, AT LEAST, LESS THAN, GREATER THAN.
