Problem with visitors

Hello,
i have a Problem with the Visitors Display.

One of my sites is not showing the current Visitors:

  1. the Visits over time Widget is showing Nothing. same with the detailed view
  2. the Visitors in real time Widget is showing 104 Actions and 69 Visitors in the last 24 Hours.

what is wrong there?
