Hello everyone,

I have a problem with data not coming up in our self-hosted installation on our server in France O2Switch.
All client sites in Polynesia where the tracking code is installed have an error message in the console “Failed to load resource: net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”, but my colleague does not have this message from France?

The main problem is that all the visits from Polynesia are not coming back to our self-hosted installation? while France is and checked in real time.

Our installation is on a subdomain ? is this the problem ?

Hi,
This is not due to Matomo itself, but on your infrastructure. Maybe you may ask for help to your host provider.
Have also a look in DuckDuckGo/Google/Bing/Qwant on ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. For example, I found:

I solved the problem via my host : The JS file, I changed the access rights to 745 and option security.
