Is any third part plugins used for supporting Heatmap in Matomo? thanks

You can use Heatmap & Session Recording - Matomo Plugins Marketplace for Heatmap recording.

There also used to be GitHub - piwikjapan/plugin-clickheat, but it hasn’t been maintained in years.

This is disappointing. The main plugin is too expensive. Are there other options we may be missing since the other one you mention has been abandoned?

Ask Google for “hotjar pricing”

Please have in mind there are sometimes restrictions in place for hotjar or other similar 3rd party solutions.
