Please help! Super user account changed/removed and client account becomes SU

I needed to reset the password for a user and so I changed the email address to my email address so I could receive the reset which was also the SU email address. I did this because I wanted to avoid having to change the AUTH token.

I requested the password reset, changed the password and now that user is Super User and my SU account is gone!

I cannot edit the super user or change email address.

How the hell does that happen and how do I fix it?

To resolve the issue, simply edit config/config.ini.php and change the super user email address in there.
