Piwik won't install for me!

Piwik seems so cool, but it just won’t install with my hosting (Hostgator).
The only error I get is this;

Then I said ok, I’ll proceed anyway and then I get this when I fill in the database, username etc.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.(tu)

Piwik doesn’t access your cpanel.

The db user has to already exist. If the db user doesn’t have privileges to create databases, you’ll also need to create the database from your hostgator cpanel. Both the db user name and database name will be prefixed by your hosting account id.
