We switched our website and email host recently and haven’t been able to access our piwik page since. When we to try access it, we get the following error:
"Cannot connect to the database:
The mysql driver is not currently installed"
I’m not familiar with Piwik, nor am I particularly tech-savvy. Our website is a Wordpress site, and we do have the Piwik plugin installed. If anyone could shed some light on what’s happened and how to fix it, we would be very appreciative.
