Piwik Scheduled Stats report not working

Hi

When i schedule reports with “Email schedule report” then i dont get the scheduled reports. the reports work fine when i use “Send test report now” button.

Any help will be much appreciated.

I actually experience the same problem on a particular Piwik server, but it works well on others. I created a ticket and will investigate: Less PHP Memory usage! Truncate filter should not be applied recursively when sub-datatables are not loaded · Issue #3207 · matomo-org/matomo · GitHub

So this problem only occurs on few servers and not all of them?

What steps can i take to get this resolved?

please check your web server error logs to see if you can spot any issue in there?

Otherwise did you setup How to Set up Auto-Archiving of Your Reports - Analytics Platform - Matomo ?

I have already setup auto archiving.

Is there any particular keyword to search in error log as its a big file?

i dound the following error on php-error.log

PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in \WordPressMU\wp-includes\class-IXR.php on line 571
PHP Fatal error: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away in Stats\piwik\misc\cron\archive.php on line 519

what does above means?

The schedule weekly report has gone out today for the first time.

I have not made any changes so i was wondering was it a random thing?

or the weekly schedule report will work from now onwards?
