Piwik needs mod_security check

Hi,

I just spent around 6hrs trying to solve why piwik was redirecting to the non-ssl version of my piwik server when I stumbled across a tiny little comment in the faq, troubleshooter “How do I configure Piwik when mod_security is enabled”.

3 seconds later, with mod_security disabled, piwik was running fine on SSL.

The bug:
You should be able to detect this and have a report in the “System Check”.

we try to detect the mod_security in the System check - is the detection not working for you? if so, please create bug report @ Issues · matomo-org/piwik · GitHub and we will fix the System check entry
