Trying to log-in to my piwik from my phone using Piwik Mobile I get this error… no idea how to fix it?

I’m able to view Piwik fine on my computers.

The user you specified does not have permission to view a website. Try login with the super user?

but is it really necessary to admit admin status?

Really, I do want give a mobile app on my phone my admin credentials for Piwik. This is really not good thinking about the data we could loose on the streets.

Isn’t there any other possibility? This thread is old but I tried to make use of the mobile app today and ran into the same problem :frowning:

no you do not need admin permission, it is enough that a user has “view” permission to view on the mobile app
