Piwik Integration with Salesforce

Hi Friends,
I am using Piwik for website tracking and saving some values from website url query parameters into Piwik Custom variables.
Those values are related to leads. So I just want to integrate my piwik custom variable values into salesforce.

Is there any idea to help me out?
