Piwik ignore maxthon browser clients

if I visit a site with Maxthon browser piwik dont record it.
This is a bug or I miss something to do?

It should work. Can you replicate on all maxthon browsers? does Google analytics work? can you see javascript error in the browser or another warning displayed?

didnt work for me needer ! Founded some solution?

Can you update to 1.9.2 ?

I have updated to 1.9.2 but the problem is still there. :frowning:

is Internet explorer tracked as expected ? only maxthon does not work ? do you use 1.9.2 ?

I’ll check later and tell you.
The answer is yes, yes and yes.

any news?

Can you enable debugging and visit with maxthon, what output do you see? instructions: http://piwik.org/docs/tracking-api/reference/#toc-debugging-the-tracking-api-requests

No detection for Maxthon yet. See UserSettings: browser family enhancements · Issue #2628 · matomo-org/matomo · GitHub – the problem being that the algorithm doesn’t differentiate between rendering engines (eg Gecko vs WebKit).

So Tracking in Maxthon should work but be regnozied as another browser? that would be much better I thought there was no tracking…

I will check now if it is so. I dont see any problem if maxton regnozied as another browser.

Same here, not tracking, js is load successful, same piwik.php, no js error. In other browsers all work fine.
