Piwik does not track record from public ip

Hi all,

i have installed piwik last 2 days. i have insert the tracking code in my web application. i have test browsing my web apps internally and it’s work. the problem is piwik only keeps browsing record from internal ip…it does not work for external ip…hope get answer from u all…TQ

In your javascript, it probably references te internal IP to your piwik server. instead you should put the public facing Piwik URL
