Piwik backup and migrate?

hi,

if i have a domain name that is due for renewing but i choose not to… is there a way i can backup the entire piwik folder and move it to another domain with the data all untouched?

this is different than merging… so the unique site id’s won’t be in conflict

Do a database dump. Setup your new Piwik installation. From your new db, import from your dump file.
