Piwik and proxy

Hi

I am using piwik 1.1.1 on avescosmetics.com which is working. It isn’t running behind a proxy.

However, I went to the library today and tried to test a new page I had added, it wasn’t being tracked. I then noticed that no pages I had viewed had been tracked.

I was able to find out that they were using squid proxy. Do you think this was blocking or should the pages be tracked when the client is behind a proxy?

Generally, pages should still be tracked with the IP address that of the (squid) proxy’s.

You’ll have to consult the library about any other content filtering.
