Piwik 3.0 track only main domain visits

After I enabled " Track all visitors across all subdomains of MyMainDomain"

I start see visits in report (my visit test) but not in the others domains which is addons domains in my hosting so not primary that’s what I mean, I tried enabling the above functionality but nothing shown in report!

Any help please?
