Piwik 3.0 does not track!

Hi,

Since I updated my Piwik to 3.0 version I can’t see any stats of visits in my websites report page, I’ve implement the code manually to my pages (before /body tag), I use hostgator as a hosting and my PHP version is 5.6.29. also system check shows all green, I just can’t figure out what causing this problem!
