Piwik 1.12 only tracks when PIWIK_TRACKER_DEBUG is set to true

Hi,

after the upgrade from 1.9.2 to 1.12, I only see logs when PIWIK_TRACKER_DEBUG is set to true. I have read that this was a known problem in 1.9.2 - is this known for this version as well? and is there a way to fix this?

Can you try with 2.0-beta ? 301 Moved Permanently
maybe this bug is fixed already, if not let me know!

thank you for the quick answer. Is it safe to use in a productive high traffic environment? (Database size is about 30 GB)
